• Refund policy: due to limited spots, there is a $30 non-refundable deposit taken at registration. The rest of your payment is refundable up until the week (Monday) camp begins but please let us know asap so we can give the spot to a camper on our waitlist.

• Scholarships: we have several scholarships available for those needing help paying for camp. Please contact us for more information.

• KY Sales Tax: As of 2023, we are require by KY tax law to impose a 6% sales tax.
