OUR STORY

Stone Creek Camp was created out of a love for kids, the outdoors, and the kind of childhood experiences that leave a lasting impact. What started as a simple idea giving children a place to run, explore, and have fun in a safe environment has grown into a summer tradition for many families in the Crestwood area.

As a family-run camp, we take great pride in creating a welcoming, personal, and well-organized experience for every camper and parent. We don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” camps. We believe in knowing our campers, caring for them well, and creating an atmosphere where every child feels seen, supported, and included.

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE 

Every day at Stone Creek Camp is designed to balance structure, safety, and fun. Campers arrive ready for a full day of outdoor adventure, hands-on activities, and time with friends. Our schedule keeps kids engaged while still giving them the freedom to explore and enjoy camp at their own pace.

• Ages 6–7 are placed in smaller groups with dedicated counselors who guide them through the day, helping them rotate through activities while staying mostly in the same areas of camp. This gives younger campers the comfort of routine and familiar faces while still experiencing everything Stone Creek Camp has to offer.

• Ages 8–12 enjoy larger groups with counselors and more independence through supervised freedom to move between activity stations of their choice during free times. Group leaders and station staff are always present, and we have regular check-ins throughout the day to make sure every camper is safe, accounted for, and having a great time.​​
